ក្រុមការងារនៃអង្គការម្លប់ឫស្សី នៅក្នុងតំបន់ភៀសសឹក នៅក្នុងបរិវេណ វត្តភូមិថ្មី ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំបន្សាយត្រែង ស្រុកថ្មគោល ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង

បាត់ដំបង៖ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ស្តង់កុមារមេត្រីថ្មី១ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំតម្លើង ដោយក្រុមការងារនៃអង្គការម្លប់ឫស្សី នៅក្នុងតំបន់ភៀសសឹក នៅក្នុងបរិវេណ វត្តភូមិថ្មី ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំបន្សាយត្រែង ស្រុកថ្មគោល ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង តាមរយៈកិច្ចសហការជាមួយក្រសួង មន្ទីរសអយខេត្ត និងការិយាល័យសង្គមកិច្ចស្រុក។
ក្រុមការងារអង្គការម្លប់ឫស្សី ដឹកនាំដោយលោកនាយកប្រតិបត្តិ បាននាំយកតង់តម្លើង សៀវភៅអាន និងសៀវភៅផាត់ពណ៌ ខ្មៅដៃពណ៌ និងសម្ភារៈកីឡា របស់របរលេងសម្រាប់កុមារ ព្រមទាំងអាហារសម្រន់ ដើម្បីផ្តល់ជូន នៅក្នុងស្តង់កុមារមេត្រីផងដែរ។ ស្តង់កុមារមេត្រី ត្រូវបានគិតគូរយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ពីក្រសួងសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា សម្រាប់ផ្តល់ជូនដល់កុមារ អាចមកលេងកំសាន្ត និងរៀនសូត្រ កំឡុងពេលស្នាក់នៅភៀសសឹកជាមួយក្រុមគ្រួសារ ហើយដោយមានការចូលរួមពីអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ទីតាំងតម្លើងស្តង់ ចាំបាច់ត្រូវតែស្ថិតនៅកន្លែងដែលមានបរិយាកាសល្អប្រសើរ មានខ្យល់គ្រប់គ្រាន់ មានផាសុកភាព សុវត្ថិភាព និងអាចមើលឃើញគ្រួសាររបស់ពួកគេ។
បន្ទាប់ពីក្រុមការងារបានតម្លើងស្តង់រួចរាល់ មន្ត្រីមូលដ្ឋានក៏បានណែនាំ និងចាត់តាំងឲ្យមានគ្រូនៅប្រចាំការ ដើម្បីនាំកុមារធ្វើសកម្មភាពកំសាន្តបំបាត់នូវភាពភ័យខ្លាច ដែលនាំឲ្យប៉ះពាល់សតិអារម្មណ៍របស់ពួកគេ។ អង្គការម្លប់ឫស្សីមានក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយ ក្រោយពីបានឃើញកុមារជាច្រើនបានមក កំសាន្តនៅក្នុងស្តង់យ៉ាងសស្រាក់សស្រាំ។ កុមារត្រូវតែទទួលបានសិទ្ធិចូលរួម អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ រស់រានមានជីវិត និងការការពារជានិច្ច!
Battambang: On December 24, 2025, one new Child-Friendly Space was established by the team of M’lup Russey Organization in the displacement area located within the compound of Phum Thmey Pagoda, Bansay Traeng Commune, Thmor Koul District, Battambang Province. This initiative was implemented through collaboration with the Ministry, the Provincial Department of Social Affairs, and the District Office of Social Affairs.
The M’lup Russey team, led by the Executive Director, brought tents for installation, reading books, coloring books, colored pencils, sports equipment, toys for children, and snacks to be provided within the Child-Friendly Space. The Child-Friendly Space was carefully designed by the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation to provide children with a safe environment where they can play and learn while staying in the displacement area with their families.
With the participation of local authorities, the location for setting up the space was selected to ensure a suitable environment with adequate ventilation, comfort, safety, and visibility so children can remain close to and within sight of their families.
After the installation was completed, local officials introduced and assigned a teacher to be stationed at the site to facilitate recreational activities aimed at reducing fear and psychological distress among the children.
M’lup Russey Organization expressed great happiness upon seeing many children actively participating and enjoying activities in the Child-Friendly Space.
Children must always be guaranteed their rights to participation, development, survival, and protection.
