សៀមរាប៖ ថ្ងៃទី១៥-១៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការ និងចង្អុលបង្ហាញពីមន្ទីរសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា ខេត្តសៀមរាប ក្នុងចំណោមតំបន់ភៀសសឹក ដែលមិនទាន់បានរំសាយ ទូទាំងខេត្ត តំបន់ដែលស្ថិតក្នុងបរិវេណវត្តវេឡុវ័ន ដកពោយ គោកក្រោល ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំជ្រោយ ស្រុកស្រីស្នំ ជាកន្លែងដែលមានជនភៀសសឹកច្រើនគួរសម ៣៣០គ្រួសារ (តាមបញ្ជីបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព) ដែលជាង ៩០ភាគរយ មកពីខេត្តឧត្តមានជ័យ មិនអាចត្រឡប់ទៅទីលំនៅវិញ ដោយសារមានយុទ្ធភ័ណមិនទាន់ផ្ទុះ ផ្ទះសម្បែងខូចខាតទាំងស្រុង ស្រែចំការហិនហោចមិនអាចប្រមូលផលបាន ហើយមិនសូវទទួលបានជំនួយបន្ទាន់នោះទេ ។ ឆ្លើយតបតាមការចង្អុលបង្ហាញ របស់មន្ទីរសអយខេត្ត អង្គការម្លប់ឫស្សី បានសម្រេចយកទីតាំងខាងលើ ក្នុងការធ្វើសកម្មភាព ផ្តល់សេវាគាំទ្រ ក្នុងគោលដៅលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពសេវាកម្ម និងរួមចំណែកក្នុងការជួយសម្រាលបន្ទុក ជនភៀសសឹក ជាពិសេសផ្តល់សេវាដល់ជនងាយរងគ្រោះ ក្រោមរូបភាពនៃបរិយាបន្នសេវាសង្គមកិច្ច។

តាមរយៈជំនួយនេះ បានជួយសម្រាលបន្ទុក នឹងធ្វើឲ្យបងប្អូនភៀសសឹកទាំងនោះ ទទួលបាននូវស្នាមញញឹម លើផ្ទៃមុខដែលមានក្តីកង្វល់ ព្រមទាំងមានក្តីសង្ឃឹមក្នុងការស៊ូទ្រាំដើម្បីឆ្លងកាត់កាលៈទេសៈដ៏លំបាកនេះ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនោះ លោកអនុប្រធានមន្ទីរសអយខេត្ត លោកអភិបាលរងស្រុក លោកប្រធានតំបន់ ក៏ដូចជាបងប្អូនជនភៀសសឹកទាំងអស់ បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ ដល់អង្គការម្លប់ឫស្សី និងដៃគូផ្តល់ជំនួយដែលតែងគិតគូរពីសុខទុក្ខ របស់ពួកគាត់ ជាពិសេស គិតគូរពីសុវត្ថិភាពកុមារ ស្ត្រី ជនចាស់ជរា និងជនមានពិការភាព ដែលជាក្រុមងាយរងគ្រោះជាងគេ ឲ្យទទួលបានការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់ផងដែរ៕
Siem Reap: From January 15–17, 2026, under the guidance and coordination of the Provincial Department of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation of Siem Reap Province, interventions were conducted in one of the remaining displacement sites across the province that has not yet been closed.
The site, located within the compound of Velovorn Pagoda (Dek Poy, Kork Krol area) in Chroy Commune, Srei Snam District, currently hosts approximately 330 displaced families (based on the latest updated list). More than 90% of these families originate from Oddar Meanchey Province and are unable to return to their places of origin due to the presence of unexploded ordnance, complete destruction of homes, damaged farmland that cannot yet be cultivated or harvested, and limited access to emergency assistance.
In response to the Provincial Department’s direction, M’lup Russey Organization selected this location to implement support activities aimed at improving service quality and contributing to burden-sharing for displaced populations, particularly through inclusive social work services targeting vulnerable groups.
With financial support from its partner FELM, M’lup Russey provided humanitarian assistance packages including food supplies, condiments, essential household items, women’s sanitary materials, infant formula, baby diapers, and wheelchairs for persons with disabilities to displaced families at the site.
This assistance has helped ease the burden on affected families and brought renewed hope and smiles to faces marked by hardship and uncertainty. It has strengthened their resilience and determination to overcome these challenging circumstances.
The Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Social Affairs, the Deputy District Governor, the site leader, and displaced community members expressed sincere appreciation to M’lup Russey Organization and its partner for their continued care and concern. Special attention was acknowledged for prioritizing the safety and protection of children, women, the elderly, and persons with disabilities — the most vulnerable groups requiring heightened protection and support.
